Warping
This tutorial teaches you how to do an awesome looking warp effect in paint shop pro 7. Start out with this image for example.
Then, we go to Effects --> Geometric Effects --> Warp
Now, use these settings.
The finished product is:
Cool eh? Of course you can play around with those effects. For example a positive value for strenght will give you an oppostite effect (where instead of being pinched in the center, it pops out of the center).
