Twirling
This tutorial teaches you how to do a nifty twirl effect in paint shop pro 7. First, we start with this image.
Next, we go to Effects --> Geometric Effects --> Twirl.
You can play around with the different effects, try positive and negative values, but I used 300 degrees for this example. Here is the finished product.
