Dotted Pattern
This tutorial teaches you how to do a nifty dotted pattern effect in paint shop pro 7. First, start out with any image. Next, we go to Effects --> Texture Effects --> Weave
Now apply these settings.
The right box shows the preview of what it will look like. When you use those settings, it becomes a small dotted pattern. You can play around with the settings to get some other effects.
