Image Text Border
Sometimes we want to put a border around our text. Say you want to add text with a border on an image. You will have to make this text on a separate image, and then copy and paste it on top of this current one. Say you want to add a black border to white text. Make a new image with a black background. On this new image open a text box. Pick white as the fill color, and pick null for the stroke color. Make sure feather is checked.
Now, without deselecting the text, go to Selections --> Modify --> Expand. If you only want a 1 pixel border, put 1, if you want a bigger border, put another number.
Now copy and paste this text onto your image where you want it to be, and now you can deselect and merge layers.
