Hello Verizon! Good-bye AT&T
This past weekend we switched our cellphone service from AT&T to Verizon. We’ve been wanting to making this change for a while, and we’ve been eligible to leave since November when our contract was up. But we’ve been waiting till hubby got a job before putting in the initial expenses of new phones and set up and all that. AT&T is ok in the big cities but there is almost no coverage in remote areas, and when we travel to visit hubby’s family in middle-of-nowhereville FL or GA neither of our phones work. But everyone there is on Verizon and their phones work fine. So, that’s why we wanted to switch. Anyway so hubby got a job, sort of, there might be some issues so we’re just going to see what happens but he started this past Monday so we wanted to get the phones so he would have a smartphone when he started work. Anyway I got the Droid 4 and he got the Razr Maxx. We love our new phones
He’s never been good with calendars and keeping organized so having everything available on his phone is really helping. I love my pullout keyboard cause I couldn’t text or type on that touch screen on my little HTC phone. I also got the Motorola Roadster bluetooth device that goes on my visor and it comes with an FM transmitter. I downloaded the overdrive media app for my phone, and now I’m listening to audio books in my car over my radio speakers. Best thing ever. New technology is fun

Aww If I knew y’all wanted to switch, I would’ve said wait a little bit longer because the Samsung S3 is coming this month!
And I love QWERTY keyboards, but after learning that Swype exists, I think my next phone can finally be sans QWERTY.
Miss you! <3
I wanted the Droid anyway. But what is this Swype?
To be honest, Verizon is the only major wireless service provider I’ve never used. I’ve heard only good things about them though. AT&T’s customer service is terrible. So good luck with the switch! Hope it works out for you!!!
