Snow Day in Houston, Texas!

It is snowing here in Houston, Texas. I mean really snowing. I have some awesome photos of my grass covered in white powder, the cars, and even the dog! Check it out!

  1. Wow, snow in Texas already?! I was kinda under the impression it rarely snowed there at all, and then it was just tonight on the news here that they were mentioning the first snowfall in the USA (why that makes headlines in Australia anyway is beyond me, but whatever! lol). Poor Dixie dog out in the snow though…I hope you let her come inside and get all snuggly and warm. Maybe in your clean clothes basket? ;) Hehehe.

  2. Aly: Dixie loved it. She kept asking to be let out and play. The reason it made the news is cause it’s so rare. Sure, it snows up north Texas, Dallas and Amarillo, but not here in Houston very often.

  3. It looks like you got a pretty good dusting there. I heard that Texas got some snow. Seems you guys have been getting snow a lot in the last few years. I saw pictures of my friend and her family building a snow man a year or two ago. I thought it was so funny that they didn’t have any gloves on lol.
