The Engineer In Traninig (Fundamentals of Engineering) test was today. Oy was it painful. An 8 hour test so you can imagine right now I feel like a zombie. The morning section wasn’t too bad, I feel like I got most of it, but the afternoon section was pretty scary. The morning was the general, so everyone had the same test. I basically finsished just in time for time to run. I did the chemical engineering test (since thats my major and all) for the afternooon section and seriuosly felt incompetent lol. Some of those questions I had no idea how to answer so I just guessed, yay for multiple choice scantron standardized tests I suppose. I finished somewhat early in the afternoon section, about 35 mins, but by then most of the people had already finished and gone home and them moving around was really distracting. I suppose I could have stayed and stared at the test for a bit longer, but I dind’t know it, and I wouldn’t be able to solve it or somehow learn the answers just from sitting there staring at it so I figured it’s time to go home. As long as I filled in all the answers and made an attempt, that’s good enough for me. Again, I’m not expecting to pass cause I don’t consider myself that good of an engineer lol. If I do, great, if not, whatever. I doubt I’d want to retake it though, it’s just too harsh.

In nicer news, my boss on Wed when I was at work saw on my calendar that it was my birthday the previous Thursday. He got all sad cause he didn’t know before, so he went over to another girl’s desk, took a candy from her desk, found a pink paperclip and put it on the candy (as a bow) and wrote happy bday on the wrapper. So cute. He can be really goofy sometimes. He’s fun though. So are my other friends at work that I talk to. I’m definitely gonna miss the atmosphere when I graduate and end my internship and move home heh.
