My boyfriend came up today to run some last minute errands before he leaves for ROTC training camp tomorrow morning. He’ll be gone for a month. I’m gonna miss him sooo much. At least it’s not as bad as when he went off to Basic for 4 months, that was awful. This shoudln’t be much of a problem, we know we can handle distance and little communication, it’s just gonna suck is all. I was happy I got to run errands with him today and spend the day with him, because at least that’s time spent together. It’s just hard having to not see him at all when I got used to having him a mile away and being able to see him whenever I wanted. He said he’ll try to write every day and he’ll call as often as they can use the phones, so that should be good. 31 days isn’t too bad, and I know that even if I won’t get to see him right away when he returns because I’ll have class and work, at least him being back will be easier. He’s got a great way to think about it, it’s only 4 Sundays that he’ll be gone, makes it seem so little. A month is still a long time, but thinking about it that way makes it easier.

I started my summer session 1 class on Monday. It’s called Chemical Engineering Laboratory, and it’s part A. Part B will be during the second summer session, 6 weeks from now. It’s only one class, but it’s gonna be a huge pain in the ass. My labs are Tuesday mornings, 8-12, and lectures/discussions are Mon, Thurs, Fri from 10-12. We have 4 lab reports to turn in, the first one is 6 pages and the others are 12 pages. Then the last week we have an oral presentaion. With that I also have work, but I’m probably only going to work Mondays and Thursdays after class, so I have all of the rest of the time to do research and write my lab reports. BLEH I hate reports. They suck man.

Yesterday my friend who I always study with decided to go relax and not do any more work after our Tuesday lab was done, so we went to see a movie. Tuesdays this town has $4 movies, and so we saw Madagascar. It was really cute, and a great way to just chill. We gotta do nice things more often, cause only studying just sucks haha.

Yea, so while my sweetie is off training to become an awesome Army Officer, I’ll be writing reports and doing experiments. Busy busy busy life huh.
